Back then, I suggest that instead of a RP/credit you enter for Bid and Bin, it would be cards, by tier, position, and even specific team and players. For example, I am selling a Star Billup, instead of putting a bin of 50k RP, I put a request of a Star PF instead or Leg PF plus 30k RP or 3 Legs. Those with a Star PF can then use that to get the Billup. In turn, as payment, I would receive say, a Star Ibaka in the example.

Maybe both side will have to pay a certain RP to do this exchange. So CD will still get their tax and we can safely trade cards.

That seems like a lot of work from a programming perspective. How does that deter botters as well? They would be able to stack their deck with this unless you do S for S, L for L, E for E or something like a 1:3 trade ratio 1 S for 3 L etc. I love the trade idea I just feel like if we don't think of every circumstance for a possible hiccup then it's easy for CD to say no, not bashing your (or anyone's) ideas just trying to get creative juices flowing in everyone

In your example no one would be able to take your card without giving adequate payment. What stops a cheater from botting on an alternate account and putting up a star card from that alternate account for lets say a couple SR or UR and then they can bypass the trade system?

I see, so they can technically do the same now by selling them for min to their main account. But they also run the same risk of getting sniped by someone who has a SR to trade with. The RP tax needed to trade can be implemented so that if you trade Star for Star, it will cost 3k RP, for example, and trading Star for SR would cost the person receiving the Star card a tax hit of 30k RP.

I love this idea. But I think you should just simplify it.

You can only trade tier for tier. You can use the same filters as the search. Trained level, Main position, etc.

I put up a card for 12hours. I say I want a PF to trade for my PG star. I don't care about trained level. I don't see anything..no matter what, for 12hours. After 12hours if I have more than one trade offer I get to choose which one I want. Otherwise I am forced to take the only offer.

Yes, good adjustments to it. But I think lots of people will like this feature if it is feasible to implement in the coding department.

Wouldn't be much different than the coding for b/n prices. Biggest hurdle for them, so don't expect to see it soon, would be how they have PG/SG, SG/SF, etc. players coded and how you have to search for primary position and secondary position. They would need to alter this greatly otherwise asking for a PF would never allow you to trade for Melo, KD, LeBron etc.

They would need to alter this greatly otherwise asking for a PF would never allow you to trade for Melo, KD, LeBron etc.

Maybe have a primary and/or secondary position where you can double up position like PF, so in your example for Melo, his secondary is PF, it can still match.

They would need to change their coding doing that too. If you search for a player with Main: PF and Second: PF you'll get no results, if you ask for someone that is Main: SF and Second: PF then you're going to severely limit trade possibilities in the current coding they have, they would need to do a pretty big overhaul to fix this from what it looks like that wouldn't be as easy as adding and/or. Then again their overall search could use some tweaks anyways so this wouldn't be a bad place to start

They could implement a trading fee of a flat 5k each. I wish you could sort by b/n in auctions as well

Yes, what plotting said. In my example above, there would be a tax for the trade so CD will get their share of the transaction fee as well.

Sorry if this has been said, but I just wish you could select the RTTC or RC menu from the "hamburger menu" (the menu in the top right corner). Would be quicker than going to the home screen, then clicking the appropriate event menu.
