I don't have an issue with people that spend money. That's their money and they're entitled to do what they want to do with it. I'm not even a completely free player. As stated before, i spend during RTTC. Flipvan made a good point. My sole reason for not spending $$$ on card packs is because the risk isn't worth the reward for me.

MyNBA never was a game of wit, strategy, or skill. It was always a game of who wants to spend the most money.

Why would gameplay be rewarded over paying when the BUSINESS is the one giving out the rewards. CD doesn't care about the core player base because the core player base doesn't generate revenue.

You don't have to play this FREE to PLAY game at all.

Fair odds were gone long ago, I personally believe spending on the game is a waste of money but if others want to I have no problem with that, that's up to them. Your last sentence makes no sense so I really have nothing to say about that.

Before today, 2K has ALWAYS made the highest tier cards available through gameplay, including last year's Greats cards.

We all know CD wants their money, but making the highest tier cards available SOLELY by cash, sets a NEW precedent in 2K because it's never happened before. There has always been a way to obtain any card through gameplay. In my subjective opinion, this is a significant shift.

My final sentence was referring to the teams we're about to see with all POTG LU and 1000 QG played. Those players stink and should quit because they're just peeing in our pool, lol.

To be fair, we don't know if POTG will be included in later events but I see what you're saying. I never understood people like that, why bother spending so much to get the best cards and then not even play with them?!

People have to look at this game as what it is to many others...a hobby. There's tons of hobbies that are expensive, and this is no different. The point is that we spend money on the pasttimes that we enjoy. One of my main hobbies is golf, and that's definitely one that can get pricey. A single club can be hundreds of dollars, a set of irons can be $1000+...and then you pay just to be able to play on a course.

It isn't much different than someone willing to drop thousands on packs in this or supercard because they enjoy the games. I've bought one pack ever in the three years of mynba, and zero in two years of supercard. CD will always be a business first and foremost, and anyone who thinks any of their games will ever cater to free players is delusional. Their goal is to make as much profit as possible, and free players don't contribute to that goal.

Anyway, to each their own as far as how you spend your money. I doubt any of us agree with many of CD's practices, but many of us still make financial contributions nonetheless. As someone (palindrome?) above said...we are the *******es that continue to play...and pay...despite our complaining about it. Take the game for what it is...a hobby that you ENJOY. If that enjoyment ever goes away, it's pretty easy to just stop playing and find something more fun to do.

They are not going to use POG cards for event because WCs make it them too easy 2 dupe. Last year they got away with it because you still had to pay for a dupe through packs or Top 25 grind.

e; oh & BTC are better than POG, so highest tier is still available for free.

Deleted the game today. I hadn't really played much in the last month at all. Over the course of the last two years, it's been real fun at times, real stupid at others, and really really grindy all the rest of the time. I won't be back next year, as the game is and always will be either a grind fest or a money sink and it's lost all the fun it once had.

Is this deck (first i put all POs to C and all STs to PG) strong enough for Johnson or maybe Worthy too?



Im on first ST and easy winning on +7, so im wondering is it worth to spend 24k RP for 75 HT games?

Im even in doubt have i time for playing much more then 75...
