This is true... Last time I remember doing +2 or +5 was in the first Star tier RttC event (Pistons Ben Wallace as prize)...
Every other RttC that I didn't complete, I either didn't have the time and/or line-up to complete with minimal credit usage, and therefore didn't even try to pursue the last card... And those I did complete (5 RttC I believe now), I was scorching HS on +7...
I'm pretty sure they've already looked at it (maybe this is a question someone can ask Danan on next Q&A on our behalf... see Tweet below), but maybe a RttC model as many suggested where the deck strength is prioritized rather than time will both help with deck diversity (less people completing) and AH movement (players will have to decide to upgrade lineup with pros or not)...
If stats for the end boss decks are high enough and points reasonable, there may be a possibility that more GNs will be bought on +5 (God Bless if players are chasing on +2) rather than on +7 with easier decks but higher points... This could also curb account sharing since real money and real decisions are involved...
But who knows, CD has data from both last year and this year to make decisions that are fair for player and their bottom line, so we'll see what they do in next app if any test runs aren't implemented in this app's final months...
Well, that was rant/article for today... back to lunch and squeezing RttC every hour or so!
