Hi, I currently have 4 star pros and 8 star singles with one being a dupe (2 Walls). I also have one wild and 70k rp. My goal is to get as far into RTTC as I can, right now only being able to +5 the first star.
Is it best to spend the rp on extras packs for wilds and pro my current regular star cards, wait for HoF/AS stars to pro from seasons (I can make finals but never win), straight buy pros (is 65k each a good deal?), or do nothing until PO tier (rather not as I'm impatient but if these cards are useless...)

Hi Knildo, welcome. How are you putting your cards in your lineup? All four pros in one position? A snapshot of your lineup would help.
Extra packs are hit and miss. You can spend 10k RP and obtain 2 WCs or 100k for none. Since you only have one, I would not use it to pro any regular star now. One extra pro won't make much of a difference pending your whole lineup.
If it is worth it? That is very subjective. Sooner or later, the next (PO) tier will be out and all these star cards won't match up to them, unless you get the BTC Star cards this month. And those new PO cards won't mean much when next year's app is out. Hehe. If you want, go all out now. Gain more RP from daily goal and play as much as you can to get more cards to sell and have reset to use. Since you have 2 Wall, maybe try to buy a relatively cheap one on AH instead of extra pack. Somewhere around 30k RP would be good.

Unless they spend RP to get top 500. Depending on how much, maybe buying one from AH is more cost effective. One extra spec might not be worth the grind.
If you can grind without buying HS, excellent.

I'm anticipating that most of the heavyweights won't be playing this RC so the numbers shouldn't be too crazy. I'm going to sit it out but I'm interested what the numbers are going to be like.
I'm also wondering if this might be a test of some sort and see if it's something they might use more down the line
