    My opinion - blacktop is a nice change of pace although it felt cheap trouncing UR and epic decks with a star ++ deck. Even at 30% deck strength these guys don't have a prayer. The sheer amount of wins it will take to accumulate an ultimate recipe is bogus and a turnoff. I could see myself playing for the picks but it's not enough to pull me back in. Nba live mobile will still be my go to game.

      I understand why they don't have matchmaking. Pitting lower tier players against each other would give them the same advancement as higher tier players and their decks would grow proportionately faster with good epic and leg pulls. The way it's set up does reward those of us who have put in the time to accumulate star ++ tier decks.

        Not to mention matchmaking would take even longer and not everyone has that much time to sit around waiting for a match. As for my take on the mode, I'll be using it just for the picks for now. I think everyone will show a bit more interest when PO tier drops. I also don't think this will have a big effect on RC or even RTTC for that matter.

          I'll echo the sentiments of the masses: if you have a strong deck, this is great for picks.

          I've played 9 BTC matches now. I've won 8 of them and came in third in another (randomly ended up in a game loaded with other star++ decks).

          An almost guaranteed 120 picks in 25 minutes is great.

          This has to SUCK for people with weaker decks. On a few occasions I've literally been able to win all five rounds without using any energy. That's not right. I mean that's great for me, but people with epic/leg decks don't have a real chance if they're matched up with even one star++ deck.

          All in all, I'll do this casually and use it for picks. It still takes way more effort than mindless QGs and you have to be pretty sure you have a free half hour in your schedule to play this. But this won't replace RC/RTTC for me and I'm going to guess that it won't for most people, either.

            I noticed this as well. Sucks because I had them all charged getting ready for playoffs. At least the 120 picks let me charge them up again.

              Mods: would it be possible to close the other thread on BT challenge or move all BT discussions from this thread over there? It makes discussions disjointed when you have two threads of people talking about the same thing.

              I would recommend the latter and save this thread for discussions on other parts of the game. Thanks.

                You would just face (more) bots instead of real players

                    hold up... i also used the same star cards and got myself to over 9%... then recently i added 2 fully trained commons and it knocked me back down to 7.7728%!!! wth is going on????

                      i saw they bumped up the drop rate from 17% to 30%, but should that affect how much our cards we've added contribute to that percentage?

                      i have a feeling it wasn't as simple as changing 17% to 30%... it looks like the requirement to hit that max moved up as well (i.e. more cards needed to hit 30% than 17%).

                        I had super @ .6###% now I'm @ .8264% so they made the cards worth more too, big kudos to CD for this. They've shown a lot more interesting in what the players have said lately and it's really refreshing to see.

                          mine went down on ultimate so i'm hoping they fix mine to reflect the change you're experiencing.

                            The maximum was raised for all recipes. The amount of XP it takes to get to the maximum remained the same. In other words, the amount of cards it took to get to the maximum has not changed.
