Those are foil cards. They have the ability to increase the maximum trained stat specs (OFF/DEF/REB/PM) on two different categories compared to the standard one category.

Gold lining is foil. If you notice each card has 1 stat that it specializes in, indicated by the + symbol. Foil cards have 2 or more "spec" stats

I see. So if my guy has + on his reb attribute, should i apply a reb enhancement or what?

Its up to you. Some people like balanced cards so they enhance weaker stats. I do mines based on position for QG purposes

Events with no wild cards are going to be interesting.. Cannot pro because you wont be able to get 2/3/4 of the same card. RC/RTTC, what are they going to do? Give you two, and force you to buy a star contract?

Not sure. Someone on my team said they couldnt get anything higher than the 10k, which is the last card board clear 2x, goal.
