Here's another set of custom shot clock digits I put together that I'm thinking about releasing. If anyone is interested in trying this digit set let me know. Viewing the animated gif in Firefox will give you a more realistic countdown. IE makes it look slow.

For those who want something different I edited and placed an alternative Doris Burke image into the scorebug. All you have to do is overwrite the newscorebug.iff file in your 2K12 install directory.

Does anyone have a link for the NBC scoreboard for exhibition mode? I have it for the greatest players mode but I only play exhibition and use classic teams.

Here I've designed shot clock digits that are identical to ESPN's scoreboard. I posted a small image of their clock and shot clock for comparison.

Does anyone here know where I can find the in-game scoreboard to be able to edit it? I can't find it in any of the iff files using the NBA 2K Mod Tool so I'm wondering which file it is located in. If it's located within an exe file I don't have the tools to edit those.

If anyone has any input on this it will be greatly appreciated.

I was doing some basket redesigning and here's what I did for Miami. It's not done yet and the Jordan/Miami logos are crisp and clear when looking at them from a better angle. That net is a custom shorter net which I think looks better than those longer nets.
