This was a given anyway. MS have in the past stifled the PC to aid their latest console releases - both them and Sony probably instruct that no launch title should be on the PC in the same form.

Although given it will be native PC code now, it would probably be cheaper for 2K to port the next gen version.

Since I´m new and I can´t post some links atm, I want you to know, that 2k Sports posted on the official Facebook-Account "NBA 2k" a Celebration-Video from James Harden.

Well, the Video is for the current-gen and also written there "PS3" and "XBOX 360".

Nothing about PC, which for me means, that the PC will get the next-gen-stuff.

I don't see how you could jump to that conclusion. The PC version is obviously higher res, so I would expect any 360/PS3 footage to be labelled as such, and not PC. They are the same engine, but they are not indicative of the PC version's visuals.

That, and it's more likely they simply forgot or didn't feel it necessary to add it given the smaller PC audience.

There is simply no escaping the logic that the PC version being released at the same time as the 360/PS3 means it won't be the next-gen engine. And to go from not even releasing a patch for 2K13 PC to releasing 2K14 on PC with the new engine *before* the PS4/XB1 launch is beyond unrealistic.
