The unpacking looks like it's going to take well over an hour for me. It's not showing a download in progress so I guess that probably comes afterward.

Mine started off showing 24 min, and it's been jumping around everywhere between 13 min and 20 min for the past 2-3 min..

I'm going onto my ssd so hopefully that cuts my time down. It's pretty funny how we're all getting twitchy waiting these last few min... Ok maybe that's just me
