Re: NBA 2k17 PC Performance
Couple things, Full screen Windowed is a stutter fest so switch to Windowed and you should be much better. Also for people with multi monitor setups like myself don't have a video running on another monitor.
Now, my problem is this. 980ti Classified 16gb of ram 4790k everything is maxed (just like last last year where I got 90 - 100+ FPS and now I'm only getting 50-60 FPS? What's the deal? Is this normal? Is this what you guys are seeing?Comment

Re: NBA 2k17 PC Performance
Not sure, I've been running maxed in borderless window (or windowed fullscreen, whatever you prefer to call it) and haven't seen any issues. Well over 100fps and no stuttering.Couple things, Full screen Windowed is a stutter fest so switch to Windowed and you should be much better. Also for people with multi monitor setups like myself don't have a video running on another monitor.

Re: NBA 2k17 PC Performance
So does anybody have a suggestion of how to prevent lags during cutscenes and timeouts? I know I played with high textures last year and the recommended specs say that the game needs 2GB of VRAM which I have but when I go to high textures it tells me I should only enable it if I have 3. That's a bit weird. What else might cause problems/lag except for bad optimization like we had the first couple of weeks last year?Comment

Re: NBA 2k17 PC Performance
So I have a Haswell i5 3.2GHZ and an Asus GTX 960 2GB with a 1.5GHZ boost clock. I can run it at 1080p 4XMSAA on ultra and get 45-52FPS, but with massive stuttering. So I went with these settings and lock in at 72FPS.

Re: NBA 2k17 PC Performance
Are you Gsync? Multi-monitor? It was my understanding that this was a universal issue that windowed borderless causes a microstutter when Gsync is on and multi-monitors are connected (at least this was the conclusion that I and some other guys on reddit came to).Comment
