NBA 2K19 CRASHES AT STARTUP MENU

For the last three weeks I've been having issues playing my copy of NBA 2K19 via PC. As soon as the Startup screen appears, the game freezes. You can still hear the menu music, but can't do anything. It just freezes. I have an i5-9600k CPU, and a RTX 2070 GPU. I don't know what's wrong. Can anyone help? Please!!!!!

Verify your game files, re-install DirectX, update all your audio/video drivers.

I kept getting freezes and I did that and now I'm good.

oh, cool.

And now i'm having all kinds of freezes so i decided to do a fresh windows install and it's taking me all day haha.

Sorry to hear that. So I found out what the problem is. Turns out my issue has to do w/ my keyboard. Why? Idk. The problem came back, and I was having issues w/ getting my game to work. I ended up unplugging my keyboard, and that's when my game started working w/ no issues at all.
