All right now on to the questions for BELUBA
1.Its great to hear about no dribble move from 09 beig n live 10 but will there be signature dribbling moves for certain players? etc. Chris Paul with his own crossovers and spin moves like these

The new Quickstrike dribbling system is quite different than last year and we did our best to make sure that everybody was represented accurately within it. I'm pretty confident that you guys will feel the differentiation and signature-ness of different players across all of the gameplay features in Live 10.

It will take some timing and skill, but yes, you'll be able to play weakside help volleyball with Lebron.

my question is when can we get a screen shot of the redone graphics. I like live 09 graphics a little bit but players look weird with skinny bodies and large heads.And some of the faces like dirks were too ugly to describe

1. Have you guys rewritten the dunk animation system, including getting dunked on as well
2. Is they a new alley-oop system and will the dunks be realistic off alleys like backdoor cuts etc.
3. Will there be a stepback system to create space or will it be like another " go-to move"
4. Will there be an allstar weekend in franchise mode? The allstar game should have more fancy moves like off the backboard dunks

Will the crossovers be faster and more realistic? will player like Deron Williams and Jamal Crawford be able to put their opponents on skates like in real life?

I haven't really been following this thread that closely so if I ask something that has been covered already, I apologize in advance.

I have a couple of issues with NBA video games in general. Playing defense has always been a chore that yeilds very little reward in the past. I personally am a defensive minded person and get much more fun out of playing defense than offense sometimes. Basketball is no fun when you are either sitting around waiting for you chance to score or just playing to out score the other team. I would like the option of mastering defense and having it make a major impact in the game. If there was just as much put into defense as there was offense the game would be fun to play all of the time, not just when you have the ball.

Games would be a lot less frustrating when you know basketball and you are playing some cheeser if every offensive move had a counter. Then having a LeBron James would really mean something. If he is 6'8" being guarded by someone who is 6'0" there might be a counter for his moves but the player guarding him has a size disadvantage and will get punished. That's knowing basketball. I'm simply tired of having some 10 year old who doesn't know jack about basketball abuse some unstoppable move to score at will with a superstar. If Artest guards Kobe, the Black Momba will still score but he will have to work hard for it. He will need some picks, screens, and plays set to get open looks because a good defender is worth just as much as an offensive superstar.

What have you guys done about that?

Second, will we be able to play in NBA formatted leagues online?

Third, will we be able to play ranked online games that are longer than a measley 5 minutes per quarter? Please, test our strategy and coaching skills this year.

Well I will be the first die hard 2k person to say I'm buying NBA Live this year, the interaction you all are providing is excellent. With that said are you all expanded the defensive sets like more matchup zones, and defensive assignments?

Do you plan on making the crowd noise a little louder? Especially in the playoffs. The crowd was pretty good at the end of games in live 09, but it can be better. Also do you plan on making the crowd one color for the playoffs. I think nhl is doing this, so I think you can too.

Will CPU controlled superstars act like superstars, aggressively taking over games, getting hot, being unstoppable, dishing without mercy?

I REALY like some of the points made in this post. Especially the getting dunked on point and the point about a step back system.

I think if you increase defense per Sovartus' suggestion...the step back button would be useful for players like Lebron, Kobe, D Wade, etc to get that extra bit of room to get their shot off.

So to the Developers...are any of his point being addressed, fixed, or changed? Thanks.
