1. Auto-inbound - Unrealistic, the fact that you can't control your player until after it's already in bounded leaves you not able to run to the line to get the ball. Consistent in bound steals definitely turn many games around.
2. Zone defenses - In zone defenses many times they will be on the wrong side of the court for some reason.
3. Time-outs/new quarter - After a timeout or a new quarter the team on defense runs from the sideline all at once while the offensive team is already on the other side alone, leaving an automatic score.
4. Ball/player glitches - The ball going through the backboard, players glitching through each other.
5. "The invisible wall" - It's obvious to say that due to the fact from go-to moves and trying to draw a charge which would cause a player to go out of bounds, they have made it near impossible to go out of bounds. Players in reality run out and back in, no call, after blocks the ball will just sit there even though it was hit hard and really was out of bounds. This definitely is unrealistic and the boundaries need to be fixed.
6. Sliders - A universal slider change could mean the difference of the overall game, scoring, defense, blocking all of that could be addressed with this.
7. In bounds - Many times the player will in bound the ball on the court and not behind the out of bounds line.
8. Goaltending - It seems like a layup which sits on the rim for a while can be grabbed off, when if not it will go in.

Side notes -
* Ruins the fun of the game when there is only one shot animation if it goes in, why would they do this?!?!
* DNA is irrelevant when Kwame Brown can dunk every play, lower his rating to 30, if you can touch the rim, you win.
* All shot animations are predictable, perfectly high it's in for jumpshots anything else it's out, layups - off the backboard rarely in, any high shot again is perfect swish. No backboard jumpers??
* The cutscenes need to be fixed, on a foul say they never give you the chance to see if the ball goes in on a layup, it skips right to the free throw not counting the shot.
Keep adding more to the list!
