Another thing I hope the patch has (though I have my doubts) - foul recognition.

If the CPU's star player has 2 fouls early in the 1st quarter, the cpu should recognize this and adjust accordingly. Hell, I see the CPU leaving superstars with four fouls in the game even early in the 3rd quarter.

Foul recognition needs serious work in this game.

One thing that really annoys me is the A.I. late-game intentional foul calling. This is beyond ridiculous.

For example, my team is up by 2 points and I have possession of the basketball with 40 seconds left in the ball game and about 20 seconds left on the shot clock. The cpu will play defense up until the game clock goes BELOW 24 seconds (even as the shot clock is winding down). Then for whatever reason, they intentionally foul me and put me on the free-throw line.

This happend EVERYTIME the game clock immediately goes below 24 seconds. All they have to do (like in real-life NBA games) is play good defense for the remainder of the shot clock and they will get the ball back.

Stephonsonmc, Beluba.......can this please fix this via a patch?

Another thing that just happened

I lobbed the ball to Duncan. He's backing down in the paint on Corey Brewer and about to go up when the refs called an offensive foul on Duncan. He didn't knock Brewer down or anything. Actually, he was about to take another step to back down when it was called. If you're going to have fouls like that, at least make the guy fall.
