I am extremely exited for nba live 10 and am finishing out my sixers franchise. This and using the glass will make this game so much better. Is it September yet?

Well assuming the options are high, normal & flat.

        The Raptors would be.....

        Andrea Bargnani - High

        Chris Bosh - High

Jose Calderon - High (Especially when he shots 3's, maybe high/normal when taking mid range jumpers, but if it had to be one, it would be high)

        Shawn Marion - Flat/normal/Ugly

        Joey Graham - Normal/flat

Jason Kapono - Normal (but a quick release)

        Anthony Parker - Normal

        Pops Mensha Bonsu - flat/normal

        Roko Ukic - normal

        Kris Humphries - normal/flat

        Jake Voskhul - flat

        Patrick O'Bryant - normal/flat

Nathan Jawai - TBA (I haven't seen him take a jumpshot yet)

        Marcus Banks - normal

Quincy Douby - I have'nt seen him play

        Hope that helps.

Who said the options are high, normal or flat?

They can be whatever we want them to be.

I'm her in DC and watch ALOT of the Wizards:

These are the only unique arc types on the team, everyone not listed pretty much have a standard arc on their shot.

              Caron Butler-flat arc/line drive
              Mike James - High arc
              Jamison - high arc

BTW, Tmac definately has a flat arc shot type.

Nobody said....that's why I was assuming the 3 options. I have no clue what the actual options are.

                  Re: Signature Shot Arc Types

This sound all good and its cool you guys are gonna get detailed with this however i was wondering if you had put any thought in to SKILLED Players who will use a varying amount of ARC depending on how pressured they are and i think this would HELP STOP some of the clipping issues you have in those situations.

Instead of a clip you would get a higher arc shot. OR BETTER YET let us control the arc of the shot by releasing earlier in the motion of the shot resulting in a slightly lower percentage shot depending on the SITUATION.

Thanks I have always been an NBA 2K fan but I think you guys are really on the right track with your game and I look forward to giving it a go this year around.

                    Re: Signature Shot Arc Types

shouldn't the shot-arc be determined by the release point of the shot? I notice in NBA 2K9 that Kobe's shot is more of a line drive than others' shots...so if EA had signature shots and ball-physics done correctly, the arc of the shot should follow suit....

hey mintsa... we can fine tune the arcs to be whatever we want. but flat, normal, high are helpful starting points for Marcus to work with. sorry i missed your message on PSN, my kid was playing GRID.

Hey Mike let me get you and Marcus started on these signatures the right way.

Here are 141 players. Just click on their photos and they have videos for each one of them where you can view their signature styles.

Get Kobe's right in NBA Live 10 I was disappointed with his model and him.

And put some hair on him next season he looks stupid bald

                            No worries bro.

That's pretty nice, so you guys can apply different types of "high arc" shots then ?? That would really allow for alot of different shot animations.

                              correct!

If you guys give me "kind of high" "just a little flat, but not really flat"

that's totally fine. I can take that and make it into exactly what you're saying.
