23 you need to "infract" yourself calling people trolls. I hope it wasn't directed at me brother... Any way, I am Pro NBA Live 10. I am just keeping things authentic. Hey Stephensonmc your right, You guys are pushing more polys BUT 2k is doing something better. Not sure if its the textures or what. But I looks a little more rich to me. Their masking techniques are def top of the line.

Its the silly new nitpicks that are coming up now. I can't remember the first silly one, but now today someone in the 2k forum went on a tangent about polygon counts...

Is this really where we want to take games?

You give people enough of what they want, they get spoiled and want EVERYTHING ELSE because they think they have it coming because they got what they wanted the first time.

We've put out enough screens at this point right now.

Do a comparison between shots and then put a real life high res shot there as well.

We're talking poly counts right? If so, then I know I'm right here.

You are right.

Live has a next gen engine and they have way more detail in cloth faces and lighting.

2k does not have new technology just modified resolution with dx9 lighting

The Josh Smith block was phenomenal, however, and let me say maybe it's just me because I am so looking for it, but the ball looked a little heavy coming off of a couple blocks(looks like it just went straight down:not matching the force of the block) and off the rim a couple of times

I hope I am wrong because it has been one of the biggest problems with Live on this gen, along with Bugs Bunny running

I just hope one game or the other can have players actually looking like they're holding the ball instead of the ball floating half an inch off their hands/finger going through it, etc. Still noticed that issue with 2K's screens, but Live's look pretty solid in that area (shot of just a hand dunking the ball on IGN).

Looking at the IGN full-resolution screens for both games (even the older shots of Live like the one with Deron passing), it's clear that Live has the edge in graphics technology. 2K still has aliasing issues with the fingers/hands/jerseys and it results in a strange pixely look that you get when seeing the full-resolution shot. I noticed this with 2K9 as well, but Live's models seemed smooth despite their other issues. I definitely believe Marcus when he says they're pushing more graphics in Live... my eyes tell the same story.

Yeah Polys. Lol. Its just as important as practice in relation to the virtual world. Front on polys all y'all want. Your only going end up unsigned like the boy Iverson that ya'll mimicking. I rather do great in practice (high ploy count) and get that Kobe love. Hands down best player in the game. Lmaooo... (Cheers to intelligence)

wow i am so hyped for this release. cant wait till the demo drops! again kudos to the whole development team man! some of our fellow OS members are really childish man. If you dont like a game dont post in the forums. Smh at guys arguing polygons! thats how you know the Live team made a huge jump from 09 to 10 when guys start trying to "find" problems with the game.

You guys have my money again this year. "EA Sports, Let the haters hate!"

What is it with some people,why can't you just acknowledge that these guys seem to have done a completely amazing job with LIVE10....are you really gonna hold a grudge against the Live crew for the past games? who gives a damm about polygon counts.. the game looks fantastic

The vid was stupid nice...I finally glad to see that live has improved everything that needed fixed from the blogs and vids that we have seen this far. By the way the josh smith block was excellent.
