Good Job Tomba.....but for me to buy this game they have to patch
1. Steal button its useless
2 Fouls and fatigue
3. Cpu drives to the goal and my bigman has cement shoes i hate this the most.......patch that and I will buy

Ive been playing with the edits but its just something that while it does smooth things out it also quicksands some of the game and guys with certain athleticism wont have it the same and therefore it also hinders some animations

I think it needs more work.

So the game is perfect no need to do anything but increase fouls right?

Now there's no doubt it's good out of the box but i'm amazed that we have some people still trying to convince others that the game is perfect or it's the greatest b-ball game ever.

If that's the case why patch anything?

They are working on patch right for a few gameplay tweaks. But your saying the patch isn't needed and the only thing that needs done is increase the foul slider

Not so much fast breaks but the lack of fouls and the cement shoes of my players is very annoying.....

definately not perfect out of the box but it has potential!!!!!!

I tried both editing everyone to 40 and lowering everyone by 45, and found there is a distinct difference in play between the two. With a range from 0 - 50, the animations still stay smooth; but as agility also seems to control reaction speeds, you want Chris Paul or Rondo to react faster than Oden or Al Jefferson.

I didn't see any really odd, twitchy animations with the few players in the 40-50 range.

So what exactly is the difference between Agility, Lateral quickness and quickness? I thought quickness and Lateral quickness had to do with how fast a person reacts on off. and def.

Which guys are you thinking that it's hindering Dre? I can't feel a lot of difference playing with LBJ w/ these edits, and the quicker, more athletic guys are still going nuts on me. Bosh had 23 pts, 17 rebounds, and 4 blocks against my Cavs.

I agree that I think it needs some tinkering, but this is a really good base.

You did differently by just lowering everyone's rating by 55 or whatever it was..

Im saying lowering everyone to 40 across the board is not the best thing to do...

Your way may be alot better. Im going to try to lower everyone by 45 instead of making everyone a 40

I think lowering everyone's agility by -45 or -55 is a bit drastic. So is reducing it to 40 for all the players.

The logical thing to do is to start off LOW (reducing all the players agility by -15 or -20) and then seeing how it plays out. If not satisfactory, bump it up to -25, then -30......until you find the LOWEST # that achieves the results.

I'm still waiting for your thoughts on how the daily updates will affect these manual changes. Again wouldn't these be wiped out? Still confused.

They'll be wiped out unless ea does the changes on their side, which might happen per beluba.
