will this be like the patch update where it will prompt you to download or will it be in the dynamic auto update in the game menu?

Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think it's too much to ask for a reason as to why fans of this game have to wait even longer for this update, or anything else for that matter.

Everyone here has stuck with Live through everything, and at the very least, please post something a little more formal than this.

State a reason and a reasonable time frame.

You will lose your fans, and unless that is your goal, we're all you've got. Sorry if this seems harsh, but I think we all deserve it.
People predicted earlier that this update would not come out, and I for one did not believe them. The fact that they were right means there is a problem here.

the accessory update is not even the half of it. It's ratings updates which was claimed would be updated daily, but haven't been.

Live is already behind on updating ratings, and now have posted another unprofessional thread stating it's not happening and not even giving a time frame.

It's all about customer service, and this year it sucks.

The reason they continue to treat us this way is because they know that all of us will buy the game no matter what, so they already know they are earning the 70 bucks from each of us, then they can take it slow and do it whenever they wake up earli that day...they all suck!

I just get so frustrated with these informal, unprofessional posts.

Give us an explanation, we all paid for this game and although we are all spoiled with things like updates and DNA, these are things that were promised to us and prompted us to purchase this game.

Secondly, give us decent time lines.

If they came on and said something like "Guys we can't do the update tonight like promised because we're adding some last minute stuff" or "...because we figured out something's broken", that's respect right there, and I would pay due respect back.
