The main thing to note here is that all 3 reviews are bull****.

It says this at the bottom of the page : "Reviewer is not affiliated with ESPN Gamer or ESPN and its affiliates."

So can someone explain why they got a copy of ESPN Basketball before big sites like Gamespot and IGN ?

Even stranger is their failure to inform the reader of anything they didn't already know about each game. What about that stange momentum related bar that somehow relates to technical fouls in 2k4?.

How could they possibly review all 3 new basketball games when their latest news headline is "ESPN Basketball to feature ISOmotion".

A little too obvious I think.. hell they even gave NFL Game Day a higher score than ESPN NFL 2k4, so there you have it. How [censored you naughty boy] lame.. at least include some information or maybe some new screenshots as proof ?

They do their reviews on very early beta's...

Shootout scores higher than ID...and Dennis Rodman is a better looking woman than Janet Jackson...

Having said that, I hope this bits true about Lives D.

"Defensive intelligence routines have been greatly enhanced. Players guard their lanes better and double-teaming is improved: weak-side defenders, for example, will move into position to block a drive from the strong side. Freestyle moves aren't just optional anymore, they're necessary to get into the paint and pulverize defenders. Blocks are nastier, too, and make for an equally attractive shutdown. "

Let's use simple logic for a minute...

Not only do they get a world exclusive on ONE game...they get world exclusives on ALL FOUR NBA games.

Then, they don't have a SINGLE exclusive screen shot or vid. Despite getting ALL FOUR world exclusive reviews...they devote approximately about 100 words to each.

Come on man...any site that really had ALL FOUR games exclusively would be pumping out the promos for days AND would have it as a major review to show off the exclusive.

You got all four exclusive, and you give us NOTHING that the pre release publicity couldn't have told us?

I am sure they have beta's...but so what? Most sites do. NLGAMING.COM had a preview of ID in depth last week. Operative word = preview, in which the guy states "a lot still to be done before release"...

If you want to believe they got the real games...all four of them...then that's fine.

If you read the review they tell you stuff that you already know from PREVIEWS so they just take a bunch of PREVIEWS and rate the game like that. That review doesn't tell you any cool features that haven't been announced already. All they did was watch the trailers read the info and make a review THEY DID NOT PLAY THESE GAMES.
