Just don't sim the FA period. If you have online with your XBOX, PS2, GameCube or PC they will update it. A few weeks ago they updated Madden not just with rosters but with a music bug that was on the PC where if you had too many mp3s it would not load the game up becuase the internal music player would crash.

Give it a few weeks and if you have online with your systems they will update it.

Oh and everybody who is playing Madden and saying about the bugs. THey have been fixed. EA fixed them a few weeks ago with there latest update

Well just don't skip FA period. Actually do it and the bug won't happen. I bet there will be an update soon.

Fossen stated that he completed the free agency period and noticed some big name free agents were still unsigned at the start of the next season.

Are you serious that something can be downloaded on XBox Live and fix the bug?

It's not a problem specific to EA, as ESPN Football and Hockey had a few bugs/issues also, and I'd wager ESPY b-ball will too. I think the level of comp is forcing the developers to one-up each other with new features, and focus on eye-catching instead of overall polish.....

On PC, or PS2? I could care less if the PC version is fixed. The problems with players being rated 80's and being 4th string, was that fixed on the consoles?

I agree. The problem is not just with EA. It's just that EA's QA seemed to not let as many bugs slip through in past years. It seems like this year's entire crop of sports games by all developers have had more bugs than last year, but I could be wrong.
