    PS2 version VS XBOX version

I am trying to decide which version to get when it gets released here in Australia on November 3rd and was just wondering if any of you guys have had the opportunity to play both and if so what your impressions are on the frame rate issues, control and graphics between the two. Thanks!

Thanks QuickSilverK. My XBOX has one of those dodgy Thompson drives and I think it is from the second batch of XBOX consoles (Version 1.1), made in Hungary. There are 2 games that my XBOX constantly struggles to run and they are Amped and Transworld Snowboarding. All other games appear to run fine and I have only ever got a Dirty Disc Error (Thompson drive are "renowned" for this error ) once on NBA Inside Drive 2003. I guess I could always get the game for XBOX and if I have this problem, swap it for the PS2 version

How do you figure out what drive your xbox has?

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

I bought both..Took back the ps2 version...the framerate was good on the ps2. But I have definitely seen it be an issue with the xbox version...However the upgrade in graphics is slight. but the load times are key for me...plus i'm soooo used to controller s that now my ps2 controller feels really weird.
