What I hate about Live's AI

I hear what you're saying, but with enough practice you can hold off the run. People complain about the "comeback AI" in Madden as well... to be quite honest, it's all in how you play the game. When the CPU is making that run, you HAVE TO switch up what you're doing. This WILL work. It's whether or not you continue doing the same thing over and over.

If your players start missing layups while the CPU is mounting a comeback, try a mid range jumper. Just whatever you do, try not to get frustrated and doing the same thing over and over. It helps!

And... make sure you have CPU assistance OFF (just in case you have it on)

Last game I had against Dallas,(who also put up 30 fast break points on me

) We shot 3-17 in the 4th quater, thats 17%!!! But we shot 18 free throws. We could'nt buy a bucket. And they pulled of with a 99-95 victory. Bastards!!

That has a lot to do with your rebound sliders. Don't set them at both 0's, b/c it affects the running (fastbreak) game of the CPU.

No, no, no, it has nothing to do with my sliders. Thats the most fast break points I've ever given up and it also had a lot to do with playing Dallas whos Fast Break slider under the team scouting is totally full.

My rebounds are on point if you ask me. Since mine are set at 0 and the cpus at 100, they grab anywhere from 4-8 a game. Low, but its better than 1 or 2 they were getting before. I also turn my crash boards and box out off. I get offensive ebounds by switching to my closest man after I shoot.

I'm also a master at getting back on the fast break now. In a game against the Spurs, they had maybe 10 or 12 fast break points. Sometimes I'll intentionall foul if they get to carried away with them.

Oh noooo!! I just enables the cheat logic for the game. It keeps the scores close throughout the game. So if you have a 15 point lead going into the 4th quater, expect to lose that lead.

Please tell me you were'nt playing with it on.
