im not interested in fighting with anyone about it, but i have ESPN and its never happened for me....all teams play the same style as far as ive ever been able to tell.....it doesnt matter to em if im right or wrong about it, what DOES matter is that it has caused me to look elsewhere for a more enjoyable game for ME

slugox is right, i have both games, and in espn ALL teams play the same.

no I own both games and have played at least 20 games of each. and I play the same matchups to see which feels best for example i play lakers vs kings on live then lakers vs kings on espn ..then lakers vs pistons on both and on live there you can tell that you are not playing the mavs on espn it's the same teams with different colors not to say esp is a bad game because it's not but there is not much of a difference between teams if any another thing that is intresting is with live the cpu gets about 7 offensive rebounds a game with espn they get about 25 no matter what you do settings wise so it gets down to which you prefer..the good thing is they both have sliders.. so you can adjust at will but the espn post game is terrible/ but I like the midrange game better on espn as far as dunks I gotta go with live..but I like the espn free throw system this year so a case can be made for both games
