usually if the big man has a good position inside, he will make just about every shot, so i dont really bother trying to contest the shot unless i have a pretty good shot blocker, if they're way down low, i usually double team and force them to pass or force them to take a bad shot..this usually works for me

If the guy is in the post, switch off of him and let the cpu teammate guard him. next switch to a shot blocker and just roam the lane (watch for def. 3 sec.) when the hook goes up, try to block it with the other guy. For jumpers either put your hands up or jump STRAIGHT UP! if you jump at the guy you will get called for a foul.
