Agreed! And I think 95% legit is a good number, every now and then I'll experience a head scratcher but I can live with that. The game does lack flash, big time dunks , blocks and big plays with reactions in tow but it really is a simulation based on real life statistics . I like the change of pace. It's nice to have a choice

Didn't get a good screenshot of it, but when players fall on the ground, their shorts will actually "collide" with the floor. They don't warp into the floor as if there was nothing below them, it actually flattens out. It isn't perfect, but still, detailed little thing right there.
Took a second and got it today

Re: NBA Live 14: The Little Things Thread
LeBron actually feels bulkier\slower in comparison with other superstars....
He still bullys his way through the lane...but theres a noticable difference in first step in comparison to a Kevin Durant...I like thatComment

Re: NBA Live 14: The Little Things Thread
Have you guys experienced any game to game in a rematch and/or mid-game adjustments by the CPU to YOUR OFFENSIVE/defensive strategy?
In the first game I blew out the Celtics in my Dynasty with the SIXERS (84-65, 8 min quarters, Allstar) and held Rondo to 6pts 2rb 4as by keeping him from driving and dishing, and forcing him to shoot from deep late in the clock. We doubled him on the drive only.
In the second game against the celtics, mid range game killed me. Rondo started going over the screen on D, forcing me into a DT on my pg (MCW) and forcing me to give up the ball way too early, after running my offense to perfection in the first half ( 17pts on 5/7 with 7 assists) the second half they took it to me on D. Trapping or double-teaming whenever I touched it with MCW, and took away my dribble penetration and my pick and roll game with my pg. I ended up losing (MCW - 20pts on 6/12 with 8 assists) and giving up the ball way above my average turnovers as a team (19 vs. 9 per.). Rondo lit me up in the second game (33pts 9rb 13as) and we lost 76-72. I love the way the game changes and adapts to my style.
I can't wait to see what they do next with the game.Currently playing:

Re: NBA Live 14: The Little Things Thread
They see where I'm weak and try to take advantage, see where I'm strong and try to shut it down.
I was just playing against the Hawks and the PG was calling for a pick at the top of the key. He would crossover to his left then his right around the pick. Then move along the 3 point line and I would frantically be trying to get my PG on him but instead of shooting he'd drive , with contact from my PG riding him all the way to the hoop. lol
And the computer had no qualms with hitting me with that over and over until I finally brought someone over to help.
Then when I burned the CPU for some nice jumpers with Shump they put an end to that. It's like I could hear the xbox saying "You ain't burning me with this guy anymore, you better use somebody else". I found now I try to save my post play and not try to wear it out early because the computer will definitely crash hard if you burn it enough times down there.Comment

Re: NBA Live 14: The Little Things Thread
Ment to say that been playing Live a bit, dunno if this sounds strange but when my guy shots, it feels like the ball has weight and its enjoyable watching it go in the hoop and through the net. Don't get that feeling with the other game.Comment

Re: NBA Live 14: The Little Things Thread
I know it has been said before but I love how the defense will change strategies depending on what I am doing. Playing with the Celtics, my offensive weapons are somewhat limited. I like to post up Jeff Green on a smaller defender if I can. Love seeing the double team come after a few buckets forcing me to find other options.Comment

Playing as GS in dynasty mode, on a road trip in Philly and everytime Iggy touches the ball the Philly crowd boos him. The small details are great!!!Comment

NBA Live 14: The Little Things Thread
Two things from my last game.
-Durant tried to drive and I happened to tip the ball. He turned around in panic trying to find where the ball had been tipped behind him. It was nice seeing him try to react to what happened instead of just letting the ball bounce out of bounds behind him.
- again Durant has the ball and the double team is closing in on him. Instead of trying to lob it over, he does a nice pocket pass, threading the needle between the two defenders and it finds curry who then hits the three.
