Problem is, that is always going to be the case because people are *******s who have nothing better to do than do everything in their power to win fake competitions. It's why there will always be some *** that finds a way to rocket boost himself to the top of a map with a sniper rifle in a shooting game. Why they'll take twenty yard dropbacks in football games and chuck threes and spam steal buttons in basketball games. Computer programs will always have some form of exploit that losers will sit around all day and night trying to find to use it to completely suck all the fun out of playing a game.

It's exactly why I couldn't give two ****s about all this online crap in my sports games. In order to get realistic, true to life aspects of sports into games, you're going to have to settle for certain bugs that pop up in other spots of gameplay that these clowns online will exploit for a damn virtual W. Sucks, but it's the sad reality.

Of course a game that at its core is sim and covers all the gameplay basics smoothely should not be passed but a must buy ...

but I look at the OP question more like this, be it good or not, a game that presents a variety of options, features, customization and full editing, offers the users the possibility of "enhancing" the default experience (yes, there are hardcoded things but those that arent could be improved), would interest you ? ... translate that freedom into online for example, having the possibility to face other players using custom rosters be it for dynasty, quick games or teamup, would be awesome ... how about having sliders ... or create a player/teams ... how about all that and much more for offline, would you buy it ?

Well being honest, is more like "adapting" (than enhancing, as not all share the same thoughts) the experience to fit their view and that on its own has a value, how high, that is what is been meassured here ... the poll might not be representative, but hope Live take notice.

Well its August and sadly nothing about Editing/Customization Options. I am still holding a SLIGHT hope, but its not looking good. Just not understanding EA's Logic. ALL that would need to be done is an Option to Turn Synergy Updates OFF and Open up the Editing Options for Players. It could STILL be done, because DEMO hasnt dropped yet, so hopefully one of the EA guys tires 1 MORE time to convince the Higher Ups.

They might as well remove icon-passing and play calling. Everything can be automatic, no need for these things.
            My Specs:

            ZX Spectrum
            CPU: Z80 @ 3.5 MHz
            GPU: Monochrome display
            RAM: 48 KB
