I think if we see 7's across the board, that would be a win for EA. Finally see some more people maybe jump in and get into Live again and we'll finally see some more interest in franchise. If we see below 7 like 6 AVG, I think people might skip again this year, but I have optimism this year for better scores... What do you think?

I don't take a lot of stock in review scores. The people who do the reviews generally don't know the game or the sport very well, so their reviews aren't based on much. A win for Live 15 will be if it's a solid improvement over last year's game. If the gameplay and AI improve as much as the graphics have, they'll be a good position. -

Doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. Despite Live 10's 5's, 6's and 7's, a good part of the community fell in love with it, and word spread from there. Bottom line is, if they make a good game...people will buy...and they'll start regaining their fan base.Comment

Live 10 was a solid 8 8.5 at that time I think and ea still dismissed it.

It was a 7 or 8
can't totally remember but more in the 8 range and ea didn't care and poor hockey dude on the project while Mike was there and Mike bounced lol

Wang left because they was going in Elite 11's direction. I'm still confused as to why EA went that way with Elite, instead of building off of Live 10? Hopefully Live 15 is good and they learned from there past mistakes & build of 15 and stop trying to reinvent the game every year. The basic game just has to be good, even if the overall score is low. Look at 2k last year--a million problems but the actual gameplay was good. If they can't nail down graphics, player movement, basic controls this year, it doesn't look hopeful.Comment

If proves that making controls vastly different and renaming it Elite was wrong on both counts. I'm sure as they look back ea wishes they would have listened EXACTLY to the direction Wang wanted it and work off the Live 10 engine. Whoever's decision that was I wonder if they still have a jobComment
