    Aint that true.

I am really enjoying Madden this year. And I think it's because the NFL is NOT my sport. I don't know it to any great degree. I'm just playing the game and loving it.

I look at the Madden forums and the ESPN one's and everyone's tearing each other and the games apart.

I know and love basketball. Have done for a long, long time. When LIVE drops, I'll be checking the slider threads from time to time. However, I think i'll stay out of the "bugs / ai holes / glitches" etc threads.

There all valid no doubt. But is it possible to read them AND enjoy the games? I don't know.

It's kind of like reading ten reviews of a film before you see it. Somewhere, some reviewer is going to pick out SOMETHING about the film that is inconsistent / weak etc. And you sit there in the cinema, not enjoying the film as you should, thinking "hey, he was right........this sux".

When you may otherwise have loved the film and had a nice two hours break from thinking about work, family, mortgages etc.

Then again, those "I hate this game - here's why!!!" threads are somehow so addictive

You guys man took me way back in the day. You guys remember the usa Basketball game when everybody had a signature move, Jordan With the "Kiss the rim dunk". play styles would be cool again, but get the gameplay tight and i'm in there like a thong on a fat man.

don't really care about indivudal shooting styles that much, but i heard somewhere that most games don't even take up the full disk. Is that true?
Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.

Disk space is not what they're talking about when they talk about limited memory, if that's what you're thinking.

Those were the days. Didn't care about frame-rates, franchise mode glitches and shooting styles. I was just happy I could finally use the LJ/Zo/Gill Hornets. That was exactly what i did when i got the game. I played with the hornets to! Muggsy was like 1 ft tall in the game but was super fast. Those were the days, when i didnt care about how the dunks looked or the graphics or anything.
