    Steve_OS just posted this video. I was all excited, then notice the following:

    Poor animation: Curry receiving the pass from Klay Thompson. Curry catches the passes with his right arm. It simply does not look good from the way Curry jumps along with the speed of the jump, and the way Curry catches the pass. This whole animation sequence really needs to be completely removed. Please watch the video to get the high definition visual explanation.

      NO lol number 10, drives OR Kinda glides into a layup. Full screen watch his feet. The animation transition from drive to layup glides him with barely any foot planting.

      Its more of a transition from animations that causes it. slow down the speed its far more noticeable but i caught on normal speed.

        In regards to the layup, you will notice there is no actual load animation. The player goes from flat footed, then slides/warps awkwardly and is miraculously in the air performing a jump hook. Also note that even though the defender has position, there is no contact and the player slides right past him, leaving the defender to jump at nothing.

              BTW I'm trying to work on these as I get them, but there will be times where it takes a little while. This is going to be a few months' worth of work, so don't fret if your image doesn't appear right away.

                http://i.imgur.com/W1srEcB.webm ,He starts going for a layup but then just warps to the side and all the players as well just warp to the right that should have had some player contact or something not gliding across the screen.
                http://i.imgur.com/dFttbW8.webm , The hook shots are very awkward looking not just on this play every single other hook shot i see from the post goes awkwardly high into the air and hits off the near top of the backboard or swishes it that just looks weird it shouldnt be THAT high arching shot. On other hook shots also some center are taking hook shots from mid range and the ball goes high in the air over the backboard and just swishes it its not very realistic.

                  Noticing quite a few driving to the basket animations have the ball handler sliding (or speeding up without any footplant) during the sequence. Just presenting one example below. Team EA Live needs to investigate why it happens. Seems as though the animation is triggering too early (player is too far from the basket) and the computer simply forces the slide to happen so the final results allows the driver to be near the basket so he can put up a shot. Whatever it is, players driving to the basket is warping to the basket

                    They should add a gamespeed slider and player speed slider to help with some of this warping.....

                    I'd like to see how the movement would look if we could adjust speeds up or down...

                        the game really needs those sliders so we can fix some of those issues ourselves

                        Gamespeed could also possibly speed up the passing just a tad bit more stopping the floaty movement

                          1:50 - 1:55 mark - Kevin jump to dunk animation.
                          This is simply one example. Something about jumping animations down in the paint seems "off." It appears player standing dunking and standing jump to rebounding don't have that initial explosive hop/jump. It appears they simply float up to the rim as oppose to using their hips and legs to explode off the ground.

                          Kevin Love simply looks like he levitates up to the rim. Doesn't look like he uses any sort of hip/leg to drive himself up. It's "missing" the explosiveness that propels the player upward. No lower body English in a sense. Something about interior paint standing jumps and standing dunks don't look right.

                            Passing: This is simply one example. I have seen awkward passing moments where the ball would simply warp out of someone's hand and to the recipient. The problem I see is the passer not following through with his passing motion. Chris Paul holds the ball at the high point but fails to follow through with the passing motion. The ball immediately jumps from Paul's hand to the recipient.

                            Dunking: Might as well kill two birds with one stone. Didn't notice until I noticed. Jamal Crawford after receiving the awkward pass goes in for a dunking animation. The sound effect makes it a relatively hard dunk, but Jamal Crawford's dunking animation (floaty when after he completes the dunk) doesn't reflect a hard dunk nor even a semi-explosive dunk nor a soft hanging dunk.

                            @7:40 - 7:43 - Chris Paul pass warps to recipients hand. Chris Paul doesn't follow through with his arms during the pass.

                              I'm going to take the pass only. IMO the dunk is fine, outside of the sound effect.
