Yea, or at the very least you can narrow the results by hair color. Maybe that's what it was lol. I just know I had the option to choose a color.

They didn't have receding hairline, so this is the best I can do. I'd send you a real life picture, but I'm an ugly man. They even got my big nose and lopsided ears. Wish my beard came in fuller though. 1st take, indoors, okay lighting.

Does anyone know if there's a fix for the hang in the companion app that won't let you do anything while it tries to render your face? It's 7 am and it's been loading since 9:00 pm last night. Any help would be appreciated as I had to create a new profile just to get an ok scan

Try closing down your app then open the app back up. You may run the risk of losing the original scan, but it doesn't take long to redo it. Mine took about 2 minutes tops. Also close out other apps your phone may be working on.

I tried this, and nothing. I even deleted the app. And as soon as i signed back into my origin account I got the spinning thing. kind of sucks, its been like that since about 11:00pm last night

My first scan was awful lol my dude had like 2 noses. My second one was good but my third was amazing! But the only one that loads onto my character is the ugly first one.

It uploads automatically. Make sure you're using the email address and pw that You have linked to your gamertag/account
