Slowdown on Xbox
I dont know if this has been discussed yet, but I just picked up this game and there is definate slowdown in parts. Anyone else experiencing this and any way to correct it? Im really enjoying this game, but I like to play online and its very choppy and Im wondering if this is why. Its playable but noticeable offline.Tags: None -

Re: Slowdown on Xbox
I'm with you man, there is a slowdown, I think it has to do with the camera veiw. I like to play with press box cam and this is where the slowdown, we are not the only ones to see it. Either you need to use a different camera angle or live with it. I personally don't feel it is so bad I can't deal with it.
We must of had the exact same experience because I was thinking to my self that if I was on the PC I could turn off the crowd or something.Comment

See thats the kind of stuff that bugs me. I used to play PC games a bunch back in the day and would have issues and would hear comments like this that would make me tear apart my computer adjust settings, update drivers etc. I basically finally had enough and got a ps2 and havent had issues like this for years because everyone uses the same platform. I loved it. Every game would run the same on every system. Games would run smooth online and offline. I could actually enjoy the game instead of trying to get it to work right. Now I have an X-box and Im hearing this again. Ill say it again. Damn you microsoft. Im experiencing lag online, Im experiencing choppy gameplay offline. Its like Ive taken a step back about 5 years. Except now Im paying $100 a month for a 3 meg broadband connection and Im experiencing lag? This is really pretty unacceptable imo. The choppy gameplay offline is a nuisance but I can deal with it I guess. But its probably causing the other. And it is still a nuisance.Last edited by Walker8; 10-07-2004, 06:54 PM.Comment
