I have not seen any slowdown either. But I have a new Xbox..I thought many of the Xbox slowdown issues was related to which drive you have in your Xbox...

Re: Slowdown on Xbox
Originally posted by Walker8I dont know if this has been discussed yet, but I just picked up this game and there is definate slowdown in parts. Anyone else experiencing this and any way to correct it? Im really enjoying this game, but I like to play online and its very choppy and Im wondering if this is why. Its playable but noticeable offline.
I have a new XBOX as well, but the only slowdown I see usually happens around the half court area. It doesn't happen very much, and it doesn't affect the gameplay at all, so it doesn't really bother me. It's nothing like NCAA 2005, that's for sure. Still, I think it's ridiculous that XBOX owners have to worry about slowdown for EA games.Comment

Re: Slowdown on Xbox
I have the X-box with the green X on the top, which Im assuming is the new one. I get quite a bit of slowdown. I use baseline low cam and its pretty much whenever the camera spins or whenever there is heavy animation occuring. It doesnt seem to have to do with the camera view though. Ive tried changing it same thing. I even get it in practice mode and in 1 on 1. It doesnt seem to be related to half court either like Ive heard people say. Im wondering if people just arent noticing it? Although its pretty obvious slowdown. Maybe Ill try swapping it for another copy and see what happens.Comment

Re: Slowdown on Xbox
No slowdown for me ...
But it is insane how some are having it, I think EA sports just port thier titles over from ps2 and just upgrade graphics slightly, then dont even use XboXs power, for what reason ? I have no idea ....Benjamin D of Insufficient FundsComment

Re: Slowdown on Xbox
Well after messing around with camera angles it appears to be the standard baseline low camera where I see definately the most slowdown. If I zoom out totally in this view, or change views altogether I dont get nearly as much slowdown. It appears like my x-box cant handle the graphic detail and is bottlenecking somewhere when the graphics are zoomed in or in higher detail like the low camera setting, which is absurb.. Its definately when the camera spins or when there is a lot of action going on on the screen.Comment
