Since we have our answer for now, continued the criticism on the topic appears short sighted IMO. If we the community charted the continued progress of LIVE series, and the more critical reviews along the way, we can clearly see the direction the game is going, the community suggestions added, the growing confidence of the new team, and the overall progress of the series toward its continued resurgence.
In contrast, the competition gets unwavering support in Live's forum (somewhat warranted) even though it's feature modes are generally unplayable for two months after it's annual release(forum complaints). We still buy.
Strong moment-to-moment game play is their obvious priority(as it should IMO), and keeps the Live series moving forward positively, maybe not fast enough for some, but hopefully and eventually to the re-addition and continued development of our missing and beloved features, to include editing.
The Demo will tell a true tale when it drops....at about $0.18 per day per person per copy.
