After a ton of hours on the demo I finally pre ordered live. I'll most likely get 2k18 also, but to be honest the whole neighborhood thing makes me not even want to get it. I'm an old school gamer and I don't have time to waste walking around from court to court and to the damn shoe store, when a menu selection would make it much quicker and get me to the action. The younger generation seems to be all about the open world stuff. Don't get me wrong, I like grand theft auto....but I don't want it in my sports games. Waste of time and resources that could have been put toward fixing server issues or anything for that matter.

A cut seen of my created character walking into footlocker would have been fine when selecting shoes from a menu. Lol, that's all I'm saying.

After some extended time with the demo I'm leaning toward passing.

It's too frustrating playing 5v5 Live Run as a big man. Dumb guards are always setting immediate picks instead of spacing the floor, driving into traffic every possession, crowding the paint to grab the board, etc. When I'm wide open in the post I rarely get the pass due to ball hogging, it's almost as if I'm standing around just watching everyone else play.

If we had the ability to play 3v3 this game would be much more enjoyable for me.

You just need a squad, if u on ps4 hit me up classicman1982

Preordered...I actually haven't enjoyed live as much since live 95 yup 22yrs ago what sold me, I was cheating off my man Isiah Thomas waiting to crash the boards and as my usual I was 10ft off my man in 2k I could make up the space easily but I got burned twice one was a three the other a miss off the front of the rim, I realized I had to play basketball not a video game, I lost the game but I didn't feel cheated...although there may not be an option to create a player in the way we're used too I believe the one mode will be good enough to scratch that itch for me

I just preordered this again after cancelling it last week. I also cancelled my 2k18 preorder. I played both demos and really enjoyed live more so I'm just going with it hoping the dev team fixes all the issues along the way .

I"ve had thoughts of doing this myself, especially after hearing the create options aren't that great in 2k18, with the better stuff being myplayer only. And I really like the simplicity of live, it just looks fun.

I've got my pre-order in at Best Buy. The demo is fun. Not perfect but fun. Isn't that why we all played anyway?

And with gamers club unlocked at Best Buy it's only like $32. Come on man. No-brainer .

Pre-ordered. Simply because I've been backing NBA Live's tremendous gameplay development growth since 15. When the other game has been nothing but a rehash since 15 imo.

Really enjoyed playing this and been liking it even more after playing everything w ea access. Def will purchase. I'm a huge 2k fan as well, but I need something different and enjoyable. Found it!
