In my short time its fun. Last year was fun too though. It has more animations which is a plus in game. I’m going to be same spot as last year where pro is blow outs but all pro is blow outs the computer. In three games Kemba took it over for Charlotte, against Portland Lillard did the job and against the Knicks the bigs were trying to get going. For $35 ehh I’ll make the jump with ease. I’d love to see a lot more done for it though.
EA is on the cusp of something really great but at the same time didn’t take that next step to hit the one market. I’ll always be the guy that would rather go play pick up 5 on 5 or 3 on 3 vs playing a video game that way. Wish they would focus on franchise a bit in some patches here. Last year they were good with the community so fingers crossed they hit it again.Comment

Play an NBA game in the demo on superstar and you won't worry about what hand people are dunking with, you'll be trying not to give curry an inch of space. Haha. I haven't been beat down like that by the cpu in awhile. It didn't feel cheesy either. He made some tough shots but I made him miss some too. Really was a challenge to keep him contained. Love the way the cpu gets out on the break and pushes it hard. Still not used to the crazy steals but your guys do it too if you force a long pass.
I think I have a new respect for the game after playing it nba play now superstar. Surprised people think it was a mode that ruined their enjoyment of it. Seemed a lot more real than the one esp around the rim.

Anyone else notice a slight pixilation around players like live18 now after the demo update?
The picture isn’t quite as clear as it was. I did also notice there seems to be a lot more sweat on players now which i think is causing the pixelation which was what live18s problem was.

So I played through the 2k prelude and after playing it, absolutely hated it. Sometimes the grass isn't always greener on the other side. I'll be keeping my preorder for Live 19. Hopefully we can get franchise updates and fixes, that's the mode I play heavily.
EA Devs, please fix franchise and add online leagues at the very least. I miss those so...

Bro, i'm ****ing AMAZED that i can actually give my player the long dreadlocks down my back i actually have. That alone may make me pick it up, since 2k's prelude CAPs have no options for dreadlocks and i'm furious. Plus playing a lockdown PG with other players was pretty damn fun.
(Note: Last years CAP in the prelude was just like the game so i'm going off of that.)HELLO BROOKYLN.
