Raptors don’t have the gold and black one nor do they have that uniform. I’ve not seen one for any other team either.

I just don't see why anyone would buy live over 2k givin how bare bones franchise mode is. With all the sliders and new features they added in myleague. i'm picking up 2k everytime. Live still got a long way to go.

1. Franchise is not everything to everyone
2. Gameplay matters and Live plays amazingly
3. The One and The Streets are superb

No hate on nba live but they really have to show way more effort into other features if they ever going to surpass 2k. They did improve gameplay wise but that isn't going to warrant a buy from me if everything else is barebones. Everything outside of TheOne is lacking you might as well just call it TheOne 19.

What the above guy said. Also poeple want something fun and new again, 2k arguably hasn't make significan't strides in years. I'd say 16 was my last love for 2k this gen. Before that, I was nba 2k13 on the 360. I think the One is just enough for people to be happy, and who knows what they will patch in for us down the road for the limited Franchise mode.

A little help. So I finished the 10 hour trial and have Live preordered. Am I not allowed to keep playing once the trial ends? Do I have to wait until the 6th?

Because I prefer playing sports games over watching them and fiddling with convoluted menus and and excessive options?

I have every 2K and Live that have released this gen, and 2K was easily the best option. But each year I enjoyed the gameplay less and less. Finally, last year, I ended up playing Live a ton more than 2K. Before preordering, reinstalled 2K, so I could verify if I still really felt this way. It wasn’t close, as 2K just feels horrible to me.

Maybe I should head over to the 2K threads and start this discussion. Or would that be trolling?

For $5 you can purchase a month of EA Access for second gamer tag on your console. Then, as long as you have that second gamer tag signed in along with your gamer tag, you can play the trial for another 10 hours on you current gamertag. Did this for Madden, and will extend it to second month for Live and maybe NHL.

Post franchise related questions. I'm on right now.

No player editing in franchise. Confirmed.

Players earn points to progress and you can upgrade, seems somewhat similar to Madden

You edit before the franchise start. You can edit players in regular menu screen. Then go into franchise.
