I bought the game for 60 just a few days before it went on sale. Couldn't get a refund and was kind of bummed, but this changes it all. Great job. Great support.

Didnt see in the OP, but there was also a player likeness update. DiVincenzo is in! Starting a franchise now.

Vtcrb, just checked and you can definitely edit rookies once the new season starts. Same options as the main menu. No option for appearance.

Didnt see in the OP, but there was also a player likeness update. DiVincenzo is in! Starting a franchise now.

I was in the same boat as you actually had the game uninstalled before I heard bout this patch. They fixed every issue with the gameplay. Game went from 60% sim 40% arcade to 80%sum 20% arcade.

I'm playing right now. I didn't get a huge sample size pre patch to compare to, but I'll report back after this game is finished. Feels GREAT so far.

Damn I love the stamina changes. In Live Run the game feels slower but it's because guys can't cheese the turbo and dunk constantly. There was actually some normal shooting percentages the couple of games I played.

Some will not like the changes as they probably enjoyed playing the game like NBA Jam but it felt great to me. As a rim protector I had to lay off the turbo some as it affected my leaping ability and closing out.

Great stuff. I'm sure there will be some tweaking to do with such a large patch but these devs have been great taking our feedback...

Hi all,
I am on Ps4, I had 2 franchise saves.After the update 1.07 my franchise saves are not available from franchise mode.Only available option is to create new franchise.I can see my franchise save files with all the other game save data for nba live 19 from my ps4.I can also copy the files to usb stick but when the game starts the saves are not available
Has this happened to anyone else? Is there sthing that I can do?

They tweeted something about a franchise issue with the patch that they were actively trying to fix. Maybe this is it?

Wow, I couldn't even read all that lol. I didn't expect to have to keep scrolling down that list! The way these things are going is there really is no benefit from buying a sports game at launch, with all the updates we are better off waiting at least a month. For the people that somehow are 40 games into a season already I always laugh at that, first off how, second why? The game keeps updating and improving why would you want to jump into a season that soon?

The loyalty sale they did through NBA Live 18 was a great way to get people to buy it early. Honestly I think its a double edge sword. If everyone waited to buy these games 2 months into them or more the companies would consider them a failure and not put in the kind of support we all want patching them up like this. Seeing how invested they have been this year in Madden 19 and NBA Live 19 updates it makes me want to buy these games a launch next year to support them and get good updates. Now if EA falls on their face again and doesn't support the games then I would stop doing that. This year I didn't get NHL for the first time in a while because I felt that game wasn't getting good support the last few years for instance.

Has anyone noticed a lot more interceptions on passes now. Man my TO's went way up now I'm going to have to really be careful with my passing.

I cant be sure that it is the patch that cause this but it happened just after the installation.I hope they fix this or I have to start all over.It is really annoying if this is the cause, with a patch to destroy tha game progress...

Pick up and play is an essential part of live. Even their match making, it's so fast to get into a game. I think 3v3 should stay arcadish, 5v5 should be Sim. Vs should probably be the most Sim.



These changes look good. You know what a wack post animation is.. When they front you and you get it over the top and try to finish and dude does a spin away from the basket. Haha.



Anxious to see if I can still drop dimes. The passing lanes are already tight in live imo if you don't time it right. Interesting to see how much tighter they are.



I'm still in resting my hands mode but I'm anxious to try it. We shall see.



Everything looks good. I wonder if you get trait progress in court battle (did they fix that?) and it'd be cool to import your player into franchise and still be able to earn exp but adjust sliders. Can make it so that you get fewer gains so people don't go in and jack up every thing to level, but it'd like to use my guy in franchise and choose the game plan, trade some dudes etc. Or they could just add that to LG.
