Re: Plamakers Playbook chart for all plays.

Finally, knocked out true to life 8-9 man rotations for each and every team. A couple of Super-Star Skill's were changed like LeBron to Playmaker, Dirk to Outside Scorer and Rashard Lewis to Outside Scorer.

Player Secondary posistion switches were assigned to James, T-Mac and Kobe all to PG so the CPU could have those guy's bring the ball up court as backup PG's on occassions. Bobby Simmons switched to PF as secondary posistion in order to get him on the floor with Michael Redd and Desmond Mason sometimes during a game.

PM, I see there are only three-four players on the bench for each rotation. Can the last three-four players (those out of rotation) go random after that?

Yep, the last for scrubs can be assigned anyway you want them to be. The top 3-4 bench guy's will get priority if they are set up correct and the CPU will try to put them in the best posistion available.

However, I switched LeBron, T-Mac and Kobe so they could handle the rock more instead of those teams going to backup scrub PG's. But you have to switch Aron McKie to SG for LA for this to work and move Eric Snow down the depth chart for Cleveland aswell.

          Playmaker;

I think you missed out on the defination of the zipper play.

I use it for the Bucks and sometimes I feed Desmond Mason or Michael Redd on backdoor screens to the hoop on the right side of the court.

I haven't studied it in a cpu vs cpu game , though.

            INCREDIBLE job PlayMakers and SirJam

Tried these with the settings (other thread) with all the team changes and really like how the game plays...adds a hell of a lot to the game IMO.

Played Detroit and it was a real blast to see Prince guarding my PG...very cool

Saw Sheed take some 17 foot J's and Billups come off a high pick for a 3 ball.

            Sweet.

Really enjoyed this thread. It's threads like this that sum up why I enjoy these forums so much. I printed the whole thing off...went and got a coffee...and read it for a lazy afternoon at my desk. Love the play descriptions. Personally, I am a big fan of the double back screen play and think it should be assigned to the Sonics.

            Cheers for the hard work

Is there anyway someone could put these into a roster...thus saving us from doing it each and every game...?

Nice effort on this thread. One note on the Raptors rotation, it likely goes 10 deep with Matt Bonner being a significant part of the second five

I'd suggest something along the following, combinations will be situational, but I'd suggest that the players listed first in the first set will generally be the starters unless injuries or match-ups dictate otherwise. The "b" set would be representative of the second string line-up:

                      1 - Mike James
                      2 - Mo Peterson/Jalen Rose
                      3 - Jalen Rose/Joey Graham
                      4 - Chris Bosh/Charlie Villenueva
                      5 - Loren Woods/Chris Bosh

                      1b - Juan Calderon/Alvin Williams
                      2b - Alvin Williams
                      3b - Joey Graham/Eric Williams/Matt Bonner
                      4b - Charlie Villenueva/Matt Bonner
                      5b - Raphael Araujo/Villanueva

I guess they are both reall bodies anyways so it depends. Woods is alot more atheletic but i fully expect Toronto to go back and forth at that posistion all year because it's unsettled.

I think it's not unlikely that Araujo starts the year in the D-League. He's lost weight, has shown no increase in agility as a result of it and looks just as lost in the inter-squad game as he did for most of last year

Look to see Woods in the first five to start the season, and if Charlie Villenueva can produce, he could be in the starting line-up early in the year, even by Christmas. Woods tends to start fast and then decline through the year. The Barneys will run a lot of mutant line-ups, sometimes featuring either Villenueva or Bosh at the 5 spot depending on the match-up. You may see different pairings in the SG-SF positions as well MoPete-Rose, Rose-Graham, MoPete-Graham, Rose-Eric Williams, MoPete-Eric Williams, depending on match-ups and Eric Williams attitude. I have a strong sense that Williams has been told that the Barneys will showcase him at the outset of the season in order to motivate a trade to a contending team, so he will see floor time, unlike last year

Matt Bonner will play, but it may be minimized down the road if Joey Graham and Villenueva can contribute and grow into roles quickly. He will get minutes, though, because he's a Sam Mitchell guy and a fan favorite in the GWN

Araujo may not get a second contract given his current learning curve
