NBA Inside Drive 2004 - snubbed from b/c again
Microsoft released the Spring 2007 backward compatibility upgrade today, and regrettably, Inside Drive 2004 is not includedIt's not as deep as NBA 2K7, but it's very playable and less intimidating to learn to play. I was really hoping to see it this time around.

You mean the game or b/c for it? I found the game two years ago at Blockbuster in the used section. I paid $14.95 for it... a real bargin at that price. I doubt we're going to see it get b/c treatment, but I do have some hope if they saw fit to make NFL Fever 2004 b/c. It's a far inferior title, IMO.Duke Football? OK, let's bring this thread back to life.
I'm considering buying the original Xbox. But I can't find a new one, so I thought of buying a used one from Gamestop (still not sure...). I went to 2 Gamestop branches today and none of them had NBA Inside Drive 2004 (or any of them), and I'm not sure where else I can find it. Does anyone have any idea where I can find the game? Because if I find it I might buy the used Xbox for 39.99 with 2-3 more games (all used). My Specs:

Yeah, that's what I did but couldn't find much...not to mention finding it in a store (not online). And do you think buying a used Xbox from Gamestop is a good idea?My Specs:

Thanks, I actually watched that one earlier today.
And I have some good news (for myself). I found a store in Winnipeg that has lots of old games and systems. I've already e-mailed them and they do carry old Xbox systems. They do have NBA ID 2004, but it's out of stock now (costs $4.95). They also sell online.
Here's the link:

Re: NBA Inside Drive 2004 - snubbed from b/c again
Anyway, I got a reply from the other branch of the store I had e-mailed to, and they do have the game for $4.95.
Now, I just need to think if it's a good idea to invest $40 in a used Xbox system (which can be bought at Gamestop).
Has anyone ever bought a used system from Gamestop?Last edited by youvalss; 05-27-2010, 09:16 AM.My Specs:

Re: NBA Inside Drive 2004 - snubbed from b/c again
I went to that store today. I spent there about an hour talking to the guy behind the counter. He's the classic gamer-geek who works at a video game store.
They're supposed to have the game at their other store, but for some reason couldn't find it. The guy said once they find it they'll call me. And they got a used Xbox which they're selling for $59.99. I saw it in a cardboard box and checked the controller. Still not sure if to buy it from them or from Gamestop for $39.99. This store gives a 90-day warranty, and you can purcahse a 1-year warranty for $9.99. Still not sure what to do...
They do have TONS of used games for all the older systems like N64, NES, DC, Gamecube, PS1, PS2, Xbox etc. Quite a paradise for old-school gamers! My Specs:

I'm pretty sure there's a store like that in any major city. I even had a store like that (actually 2) where I came from. You just need to look for it. Try searching in google, or ask people at a local forum. My Specs:
