good luck i think you'll be happy with the purchase. Try beating those challenges in the life mode on HOF with 100% clearance. its tough but rewarding!

I got 2k9 first as well. Nothing against it but I got bored and wanted to try something new.. been playing nba 09 since. I wish The Life was a little longer or a tad bit more to it. How far is everyone in the game? Anyone have seasons/franchises/life mode going?

Ive had a couple different ones as I'm never really settled but I started one that I liked a lot and I mentioned on here before. My Wu Tang, New Jersey nets. And they are doing strong. Its damn fun creatin a whole squad with the player progression.

I started a life mode with myself as a PG and finished that 100% and started a franchise with the kings. What do you have so far? Made anyone cool in the life mode?

Ilike that when you make a guy in the life mode, you have a wide variety of names to choose from, not a ton but enough so you can make a guy and have the announcers actually say a reasonable name.

Thats cool. I made a guy but now ive started a franchise. Hows your team with the Kings? Have you played online at all?

The internet at my house is all messed up so I haven't been able to get online to play. The kings are in a rebuilding mode but Kevin Martin gets so many buckets for me in the game. Did you make yourself in the game or did you create a random player?

I went ahead and created both. I wanted to do as much as I could when I got this game. So Martin is good? You need to get that net working and jump online.

I dont see big changes in 2K this year. Not enough to put it over the top. NBA Live is better to what it has been in the past, but still needs more.
NBA 09 is just what you said its a lot of fun!! Not saying the others are not but I think it offers more. Graphics are close with all of these games also. Unless you want to be super picky. Im not sure how Live is onlne..anyone play it? I know NBA 09 is good. Lots of good players on there.

Kevin Martin is wet, I pulled off a trade with him to the pacers and my created dude (7 1 swing man Jelani Apolo) are 1 and 4 in the leauge in scoring respectively.

I havent messed around with trades to much yet. Everyone I know that creates players are making these hugggge giants. I played with it also but my next guy is going to be a sick little quick PG

Yea Martin is real nice in the game. I can't say the same for Spencer Hawes though, I get blocked every time. When I get online I will give you my handle, what teams have you been playing with.
