Why is EA even making college basketball games? Focus all the attention and spend all that money on Live if they want to compete with 2K. Despite improvements NCAA Basketball just ain't cutting it. Leave the college b-ball game to 2K just give up EA and focus on the NBA game.
If EA considers giving up on NCAA Bball, could 2k make another College Hoops?

So if 2K decided to make a College Hoops game next year then how much will that affect the gameplay of the NBA 2K series? Remember, some of the developers from the CH Hoops franchise moved over to the NBA franchise.I have more respect for a man who let's me know where he stands, even if he's wrong. I assume a decent amount of them intersected, but who knows, I still don't think College Hoops is ever coming back.
I can only imagine what CH2K10 would be like, I mean they legacy was damn near perfect two years ago, just some tweaking the sim logic is all that was needed. What the hell else could you possibly ask for? 2K8 is far and away the most complete sports game released on this generation.
Plus throw in better graphics, animations, new uniforms and arenas and some improved presentation. Man, only if....
I wonder if the deal with the CLC is really the only reason why the series was canned.Last edited by ehh; 11-24-2009, 12:39 AM."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

How would you make recruiting deeper? Not nitpicking, just curious to see what aspects you would like to see added.
I found 2Ks recruiting to be the best model yet. Watching kids since they are soph's, playing the ABL & McDonald's AA game.
Also, I wouldn't mind the ability to make new rivalries.Comment

when I talk about about locked in rivaries, Im talking about for the CPU..In choops after year 2, Xavier will never play Cincy and etc...They couldve lock those games in like how the ACC/Big Ten Challenge and all of the other conf vs conf matchups are locked in after year 2..Comment

IDK, but after a while it became nothing more than just clicking a button...The ability to make promises like playing time or whatever would make it more interesting, something like NCAA Football
