      I would just say, don't worry about the results, just focus on the process. If your body is capable of the lift you desire, it will happen with time. Obviously, the more you do (some of the things I mentioned), add in a good diet geared for strength and muscle growth, and proper body mechanics are keys. Anything you can do to increase core strength as well as plyometrics will speed up the process.
      These are my opinions based off of my perspective. I don't expect everyone to agree with me, but if you disagree, we can still agree to disagree agreeably and not fight about it.
