And in all the LIVE threads saying he hates that also...

Agreed ID was lightyears ahead in 2003...

I think LIVE may run it close in 2004, and you guys know I have been, with NEO, one of the biggest ID fans. It may even surpass it for off the ball stuff. I'll be interested to see what ID2004 comes up with.

It seems, to me anyway, that the major thing that High Voltage have worked is XSM Online play etc...and whilst that will be very cool and I hope it does well, it's not something that interests me.

I know the stadiums etc are improved, but there still behind the others for graphics and presentation...so their main audience seems to be XSM.

I never said that I hated inside drive or live. I said that I don't see where you got the idea that inside drive was the most realistic game. I'm not the only one either.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

ID is the only game i know that will consistently let other players besides the PG bring the ball up the floor even when im not pressing. Its also the only game I know where you can literally "tap" a defender and get called for Charging.

You mean you haven't played Live 2003? Because that's MUCH more sensitive to the charge than ID 2003 is. Frankly, I think Live 2003 does it best. As for your statement about "tapping" the defender and getting a charge, LOWER your speed slider. I rarely EVER get called for a charge, which is kind of a problem for me. Sometimes I get called, but it's at the most once every 2-3 games. Not nearly often enough. You can run against the defender and nothing would happen, unless the defender chose to take the take charge position and flop.

I think ID 2002 had the whole "tap" the defender to get a charge problem. ID 2003 does NOT have this problem, at least not in my game.

I see the PG bring the ball up most of the time, by the way. The player who handles the ball the most in a real game, will handle the ball the most in ID 2003. That's what the slider's there for. Not all teams have the PG bring the ball up constantly, anyway. With or without pressure, it doesn't matter. Personally, I'd like to see ID 2004's AI handle backcourt pressure better by not hurrying up the pass, and instead slowly working the ball up the court.

                              - No Passing Out Of Layups/Dunks
                              - Have to be standing still do use crossover motion
                              - If you do move and hit the crossover button, the player performs a HORRIBLE animation
                              - When you throw an aley oop, the player who catches the ball literally "walks" and jumps to catch the ball right before it reaches the cup
                              - Not enough Arc on the ball on jumpshots
                              - The spin move is erratic and I still fail to realize how a pleyer can stand still and jump right into a spin move animation
                              - Post Moves are wayyyy to easy to pull off...I shouldnt have to adjust sliders to perfect this
                              - Microsoft has YET to add anything to this game to call its own...I hear you all crying "Gameplay this, Gameplay that"...the truth is...ID's gameplay, while decent, is not to the point where you can flat out call it THE best B-Ball Game. Every year, EA and Sega try to create something new...EA and VC put in work to add new feature to game, something groundbreaking. For example this year...EA has 10 Man Freestyle, VC has IsoMotion, ID has.....? And.......? From what IVE seen so far...If you own ID03...download a roster update and you have ID 2004 before its even released.
