    High Voltage is a developer. It doesn't advertise; it probably does minimal PR. Game publishers like EA, Sony and Microsoft do the PR and advertising. Developers like High Voltage, Visual Concepts and Tiburon just design and build the games.

      I would guess they are releasing the game close to the beginning of the holiday shopping season. So when people who have no clue go out to buy a XBOX they will see the "New, NBA Inside Drive 2004" sign in the store and pick that up as well. Just a guess

            I meant Microsoft, but hatnks for clearing that up. I honestly didnt know the differnce. You learn something new every day
