Please do not reply to other peoples wishlists, they will be deleted.

I would like to see active hands on defense. The ability to tip balls on D, also I would like to see a seprate roster save feature like most sports game have.

To actually be able to trade players and set up your own roster set. I can;t trade Bonzi wells for Person. bunk. Either that or they come out with a roster update every week.

Yes you can, just go to adjust rosters before entering a season (GM i think) you can release both, then sign them. Prob solved. wish list

                1. More of the ball fouls and fouls on rebounds.
                2. More stats displayed during the game in franchise mode. AKA, ppg of the tope players, and highlight if one of your players is on the list.
                3. Some more driblle options.
                4. Improve the rosters, they were bad. Some player ratings were horroble. Van excel a 20 out 0f 100 on dekes???
                5. Improve the sub patters for player who can play 3 or 4 positions.

                      Ranked by order of importance:

                      1) Rosters - both accuracy and editability are a must here. This is supposed to be the #1 sim, right? Well, accurate player ratings are a huge part of that. But, far more important is the ability to edit everything and anything. The inability to rename the FA's and missing players in this year's game has nearly blown the game for me - no, I don't have XBOX live, and no, I don't feel I should have to buy it when I'm willing to do the work to make the rosters accurate if given the capability to do so.

                      2) More controllable moves - Shaq should not be doing the same crossovers as KG, KG doing the same crossovers as Steve Francis, and so on. Different moves for different level players.

                      3) Substitution patterns - just look at the subbing patterns in the NBA. Copy, and we're done. Going back to the roster editing - players need to have accurate secondary as well as primary positions. In this year's game Zach Randolph never starts because both he and Sheed are listed as PFs. Subbing AI should recognize that Sheed is a secondary SF, and start/play the both of them for much of the game.

                      4) More real-life dunks. A 360 reverse jam is not something one sees frequently watching the NBA. Nor should it, or dunks like it, be seen frequently in a sim.

                      5) More TV-style presentation - commentators need to stop joking and have more real-life type commentary. Intermittent on screen graphics showing game stats, player stats, season stats and trends, etc. would be cool (more than already done).

That's all for now - I know this maybe sounds like a complaint list. It's not really - this is a great game, with the exception of one or two flaws, and my choice of game this year. Keep improving though.

I don't have this years yet (I just need to get to the store to pick it up) but last year there was a slider for More/Less spectacular dunks for both you and the CPU. I have the CPU dunks set to quite unspectacular, because I find it to emotionally painful for them to pull a between the legs dunk on me
