    thank god, i was gona say this.

    how do you expect to get to the line as much as an nba team if ur only playin on 10 min quarters?

    that extra 8 mins a game would be like another quater for you, which would probably make it realistic.

    although i know you cant play on 12 min quaters coz there are too many shots, but its just a general observation.

      Guys, think again. You can play 5 minute quarters if you want as long as you shoot as much as they do in the NBA.

      But there's a stat bug in the game that screws the FTs among other things up a bit. That's the fact that in ID shooting fouls are counted as shot attempts (and rebounds..). So, that means that if you want to see realistic FG attempt stats, you have to shoot less than they do in reality. In the NBA, teams really average at least 100 shots a game (shooting even more isn't rare), but usually 18-30 (sometimes less, sometimes more) of them are shooting fouls and don't show up in the box score.
