Now, in my fourth year, I lost games to American (at home) and Marist in the span of a week. Both of their ratings are somewhere in the mid-70s, while mine is an 85. It's so frustrating because I don't have time (or want) to play every single game, so I simulate the ones that should be easy wins, yet I do far worse in those than when I simulate against good opponents. What gives?

The simulation in this game is terrible
In the third year of my George Washington legacy, I lost four games in a row in the beginning of my season: Miami (understandable), Canisius, Robert Morris, and Stony Brook. Aside from Miami, all the other teams' overall ratings were at 7-12 points lower and the talent of their starters was no where near mine. My last win before the losing streak? A simulated victory over #5 Arizona.

Re: The simulation in this game is terrible
On a similar note, it seems like there are a ton of losses for good teams in this game in general. Much of the Top 25 will have 10 or more losses at the end of the regular season and every year (so far) a 16 seed has upsetted a 1.Comment

Originally posted by knickstormnot to mention idiot recruiting, so UCONN recruit 0 players after my first year in legacy, they lost boone, williams, hilton armstrong and another player or 2, and all they had was rudy gay and now in year 2 they arent even ranked. And the early signing period ended in year 2 already nad UCONN has 0 players, but maybe it's cause i'm stealing their players, along with BC, who knowsComment

Re: The simulation in this game is terrible
This seems to be an issue in both of their Hoops titles. There's not enough separation between good teams & bad teams in simulated games. There also seems to be a "home court disadvantage" in the NBA sim engine, though I don't know about CH.Comment

Re: The simulation in this game is terrible
It's pretty aggravating seeing the "great" teams getting beat by 20 points to a team that 13-15 points below them. It seems like I see 10 ranked teams lose a day to ****ty squads. Feels like the EA sim engine for NCAA Football '05.Go CanesComment

Re: The simulation in this game is terrible
Hhhmmm, I do beleive in upsets so.......uhm.. it is not surprising to watch top teams loss to lower teams. But I never notice anything on my games. I played all of the games. I own the game for 3 months now and I have played only 10 games since. I am not in a hurry anyway to finish the season since its pretty much the same year after year.Comment

Re: The simulation in this game is terrible
Have u guys thought about changing the coach setting. I mean that what they're there for. When u lose players especially UConn u can't keep the same coach perfences. Good and successful coaches switch the team playing style year to year to stay competitive. Try it!XBox 1 and 360
