OK, it seems as though AC is better (re: steals), but not perfect. Averaging roughly 20 TOs per game per team. The TOs are not such a problem statistically, it is how they occur that is bugging me. If the CPU presses, my Gs break the press by heaving the ball 50 feet downcourt. OF COURSE THE DEFENSE IS GOING TO INTERCEPT THAT PASS. If I press, same result. This leads to some sloppy exchanges.
Now, every couple of games I would expect to see one of these wild turnoverfests for a 45-second span. I just cannot imagine a college team that would consistently try to break pressure by throwing Hail Mary's every possession.
I appreciate VC's 2k team programming the AI to throw entry passes to the post players, but over a third of those passes get stolen as well, which makes it pointless.
Next up: I may try dropping the level to WALK-ON to see what this affects.
Currently, my settings on ALL CONFERENCE include:
STEAL = 10
STEAL SUCCESS = 0
BALLHANDLING = 100
OFF AWARENESS = 55-60
DEF AWARENESS = 35
Not sure what else to do, or whether these sliders really impact the problem.

PC, in the game, actually played the same opponents as in real life with one exception. In the final of the Palm Tree Shootout, PC in real life played Miami (FL). In the game, they played Houston.

Wow, you have TOs much more under control than I do. Please post those sliders.
I noticed you are having a problem with Off Rebounding. I was too. My OR slider is around 80 now and it is working much better. It may also be necessary to boost your opponents crash board tendency each game, then drop it back afterward, but maybe we can fix this with sliders.
No one misses FTs, and fouls are non existent. FG%s are high in this game, and it is going to take a combination of % sliders and tendency sliders to fix. I am getting very close with mine, but I need to get steals down where you have them.
Your stats look pretty darn good. One other thing to mention, 2k legacy simmed stats do not really mimic real life as much as your stats do. Lower shooting %s, etc. I try and compare to legacy simmed stats since that is what my players are judged on in game (for awards, etc.). This will require a little more tweaking on my part to get those in line.

interesting observation I found. I have been trying to find a perfect balance of tendencies and it been head wrecking. so I crazy Idea to find out what tendancy is has the most priority. so in order to do that I turned all tendancies to zero. close, medium, 3pt, and drive. actually I am wondering if anyone can answer this question. with the tendancies all at zero does the computer then use the tendancies that is on the player tendancy chart. it seems after 3 games that I have a balanced combination of all. I have players shooting 3 pt, players driving, and players taking jumpshots. does turning all tendancies off or setting to zero forces the computer to use the player real tendancies. thanks.Comment

The high free throw % that you saw is due to lack of attempts and fouls. I already have the fouls maxed. What do you suggest could be done to increase the number of fouls?
I also tend to not touch the other coach's settings nor any player's attributes/ratings. Steals are (of course) out of whack, but TOs are falling into place. TO me, this is more important for simulating gameplay.
I have OAware much higher than you, with DAware around 40. This may contribute to having open driving lanes for players. (I also have Help D and Recovery lowered.) This leads to more fouls on drives. I would say overall I do not see many more fouls than you do.
I will post my sliders soon. I still have a couple of major tweaks before I settle on anything, then I will roll them out and test them in front of everyone.Comment

also for sliders basically everything is default but I changed a few sliders. the ones I changed is down below
Tendancy Sliders =0 includes close, med, 3pt, drive
Offensive Awareness and Defensive Awareness =100
Offensive Rebound and Defensive Rebound= 100
Dunks in Traffic =0
Team Unity =100
All others is 50. I seem to get pretty good gameplay. if you can can you try those also and let me know how your gameplay is. thanksComment

My Block slider is at around 70-80. This gets me 2-3 more fouls a game.
Steals are (of course) out of whack, but TOs are falling into place. TO me, this is more important for simulating gameplay.
