yea im not seeing that standing dunk bug...I had a pg who was 73 at tthat rating

Maybe it's something to do with open/closed legacy? In my closed, every recruit I've gotten (3 years worth) have 0 for it.

No it's not that. I did an open legacy and had all my recruits at 0.

must be fixed...#10 seed at 20-8 with princeton in yr 1 as ivy league champions....haven't checked if penn made the field...... was there a patch?

oh...please fix the dunks on legacy recruits...kthx

um all my recruits have 0 on standing dunk after year 1 of recruiting. =(

and lol at 4-24 Penn Univ Coach receiving the "Ivy League Coach of the Year" award. =)

Basically, the 6th man feature works even when it is turned off. Sucks. Too many bugs in this years game.

-Standing Dunk Glitch.
-Home/away mixed in Tournys
and now the broken 6th man feature.



Two things really are confusing me. Not sure its a bug or I'm just missing something.

1. I am playing in the Ncaa Tounry in the 2nd round. I have the 6th man feature off. As the game goes on I of course pay close attention to the energy levels of my players. Well, Patrick Patterson was at an 83 energy and I thought to myself, I will take him out soon. Well, I go on a nice run and Patterson scores 6 points in the run. Minutes go by and I think to myself, man Patterson must be tired. So I check the sub menu and WTF his energy has increased to an 88!

People, I have 6th man feature off, no timeouts were called, no Free throw situations, how the heck did he gain energy? I keep looking and all of my players have gained energy.

As you can tell something is not right here. I had momentum but I should not have gained energy. Anyone know the answer to this one?

2. Not really a big deal but...after that happened I go and check the main sub screen and I look at players confidence during this run, I have players who have +69 confidence. I have players that never see the floor have + in the 60's confidence. Thought that was funny.


EDIT: It gets better. I wrote this right when this was happening so I had the game paused. So, I go play again and the team I'm playing drills a three stopping the run. So, I check the sub menu again and all the energies are what they were when the run started. Patterson was back to an 83.

Odd is all I can say.

I play as Princeton in my closed legacy and about to finish off my second year with them. First year Penn won like 8 games and didn't get in the NCAA Tournament. I think Columbia got in the NIT though with a record of 21-11 or something. Second year Pitt did a lot better and still didn't make it in, so apparently that glitch doesn't work all the time.

Is the 0 ability in standing dunk glitch appearing for everyone, or just a select number of un-lucky folks? Also, I'm guessing there hasn't been any official acknowledgment of this.

Is the standing dunk attribute editable? I haven't owned a CHOOPS game since 2K6 for the XBOX, but if you started an open legacy every player on every team had editable attributes (with the exception of consistency, if I remember correctly). I play exclusively in the Patriot and Ivy leagues, and the Penn glitch would ruin the game for me. I hope it's addressed in a patch. Are the only people who are seeing these glitches playing with the named rosters? Do people see the same things when they play with the default rosters?

I'm having guys in the ABL with all sort of letter grades for standing dunk. Do you only see the 0 abilities after they're recruited and on the teams?

Or are the people seeing the 0's also seeing all F's during recruiting.

They have whatever grade they should have when youre recruiting them, but once theyre on a team in the game, the rating goes back to 0. That is the case for every recruit in the game.

I am using re-named rosters. Might try and use default and see if I still get these errors.

I'm surprised not many people are more upset that the 6th man feature is broken (when turned off still gives players energy) and that the tourny's confuse the home and away team. Bugs the crap out of me. The standing dunk glitch is plain stupid.

6man feature doesnt bother me cuz I keep it on...It doesnt really matter who the home team is in the tourny becuz its all neutral.....they need to fix conf tournies tho...the crowd is not mixed but its neutral

oh well atleast its not a game killer....the dunk rating is right tho....as I can remember in the past, people on here hated the standing dunk.....but anyway 2k still needs to fix this stuff, its unacceptable

Has anyone tested the standing dunk bug to see if it's occuring every instance?
