Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
Started playing the game the other day and started a career legacy with Norfolk State. Team is rough, behind their starting SG, no one can hit a 3. Gonna have to win through interior scoring and defense with this team, which I've never been good at either. Thought I could jump right into all conference difficulty, but boy was I wrong. Got absolutely destroyed the first 3 games I played. Lost to USC 86-48, LIU-Brooklyn 70-51, then Nebraska 83-43. Decided ill drop down the difficulty to starter tomorrow when I get back into it.... Only bright spot is that my SG is averaging 22ppg so far. Hopefully we can get a win at some point in the season....Comment

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
For those still playing the game: how does this happen EVERY game? I've gone into the half anywhere between up 3, to down 5 in every game. and every game (except one), I end up down 20+ in the first 5 minutes of the half, and lose by anywhere between 20 and 37. I'm 1-7 now, only win over Air Force 66-60. I don't get how every game this happens the exact same way. First half is very even, then I cant hit anything and they hit everything in the first 5 minutes, then it goes even for the rest of the game.
Also: whats up with the free throws? When I get a "perfect release," I hit 50% of the time. Shouldn't perfect release be almost an automatic make....?Comment

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
Man, im in my 4th or 5th season at LIU and have made the tourney the last couple years but I always got KILLED in the first round.
Made the tourney this year as a 8 seed and played Villanova. I had the lead most of the game and thought I'd finally win a tourney game, but nope had some bad turnovers towards the end and lost by 3.
This season I had my 87 overall senior SF, probably my best shot at winning for a could years too. I'm going to stay at LIU until I can get the St. John's jobComment

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
With the 2010-11 Roster, in 15 years I took Nicholls State from a 68 OVR to a 91 OVR Team and to 13 straight NCAA Tournament and 2 Straight Final Fourappearances losing twice to Villanova.
After my last final four appearance I got offered a job at NC State who is a 92 OVR and I'm in the first season with them right now.By the way I play on All-American difficulty.

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
Just wanted to let you all know that in my most recent Midnight Madness I played it with 8 minute halves and it was a 24-22 final in my side's favor after double overtime. I had players with <20 energy at the end of the game. Neither team scored in the first OT so it remained 20-20 going into the 2nd OT. Both teams put points on the board, but my starters were able to get those 2 extra points.
The B Team went 9/45 shooting, my team went 9/37. Might have to turn fatigue off next midnight madness.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
I did two years at Chicago St., making the NIT in year two and was bounced first round. I took over at UL Lafayette and made the Dance in year one as a five seed, but was upset by a bunch of seniors at Boston U. Their coach took the Texas Tech job after leading the Terriers to the Sweet 16.
I hauled in an absolute monster recruiting class that includes a 5 Star JuCo SG and a 3 Star center that ended up a 79 overall!
I feel like if I stick around this team can grow into deep run in March, but I’ll be listening to offers from major programs.
One thing that’s always bothered me: I hate that coaches in major conferences don’t take jobs in power conferences. I think I’ve seen it once.Comment

The AI team changes its gameplay also after the half, unless they are already up big.
control the tempo also. press, mix up your defenses. make sure you set up your defense to reflect what the AI controlled team is doing.. walk the ball up, pass the ball around.

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
What do you guys do for in season training focus? Just curious how you set it up. Do you always train skills to certain minimum numbers or do you create specialty players?Comment

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
Since this new coach at Radford is a disciplinarian who values high tempo and smart playersI am going for what I listed earlier. Once I get better than D overall players I will begin to maybe not focus as much practice time on the fundamentals and will let guys begin specializing in areas to get some real strengths. For now, though, it's all about outlasting my opponents and trying to win that way because we surely aren't out-athleting anyone.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
a player with low potential, Ill just train on his skills that he's already good at, meaning he winds up being a specialty type of player.
players with good potential, Ill train on all of their skills based on position.Comment

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
In closed Legacy, is there a way I can edit the other coaches names? For example, changing Roy Williams from UNC coach to Roy Williams.Comment

Re: How is YOUR Career Legacy going?!?!
In game I don't believe so. I don't think Closed Legacies allow you to edit anything, really. You might be able to with a hex editor or something similar, but I'm not knowledgeable enough to say more than that on the topic.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”
